Getting in shape and feeling fantastic takes commitment. Our camps are designed to make it seem effortless.

By the time you graduate, exercising and eating healthily will be a natural part of your life. You can say goodbye to the woman who once found it difficult to motivate yourself.

Are the camps challenging? Yes, but they are fun too and will help you achieve life changing results.

Think of us as your passport to a Hollywood fitness lifestyle. The A-list look fantastic because they can work out every day with trainers. With our camps you experience the same fitness lifestyle, with just 14 women per camp so we can focus on YOU not the group.

You will never be bored with every session carefully planned to ensure it works your body differently. When this happens, your muscles are forced to adapt helping create change.

Choose from three options when booking:

Option 1: Just the camp.

Option 2: Includes the FitBitch Body Map assessment, where we measure weight and body compostion, as well as analyse your core strength, posture and muscle function. Don’t worry, it’s not difficult but it does allow us to gain an insight into your individual needs.

Option 3: All of the above, with a personalised diet diary report and exclusive health eating plan. You keep a food diary for three days, and we provide a personalised report to highlight changes you can make.

Feel like you know where you’re going wrong? Having written it down makes all the difference as all of those who have diet reports lose weight on our camps.

As for the rest, a better body shape, improved fitness and feeling fantastic? That is guaranteed.

I’m not very fit. Should I wait until I’m fitter?

Don’t worry about not being fit enough as we gear the exercises to each individual so you will never be left feeling demoralised. It’s natural to feel nervous but you will wonder what you were worried about by the end of the first session.

How long is each session and which days do they run?

One hour per day. Four week morning camps run Mon-Thurs, Evening camps, Tues, Weds, Thurs and Saturday morning.FitMuthas runs Mon, Tues, Friday.

Will one camp really make a difference?

Our camps are carefully designed and include the most effective equipment to help you get the results you want. We’ve helped hundreds of women transform their fitness, figures and confidence.

What kind of exercises do you do in camp?

Ah, now that would be telling! Our sessions are a secret to help keep you, and your body challenged. But expect everything from boxing to bouncing on a SpaceHopper, and kids slides to kettle bells.

Is there lots of running?

There are some running sessions but most of them are disguised as something else, so you won’t even realise you’re running. Besides, we ‘ve lost count of the number of women who have told us they’re not runners only for them to sign up to races with the Fitbitch Running Club.

Does membership to camp include the running club?

No. The running club is separate. We ensure we get enough coaches for lots of personalised attention and expert advice. If
Where do you meet?

Visit our booking page for information about the meeting location. Our locations vary daily once camp starts but don’t worry, we’ll tell you in advance.

Can I carry sessions over to another camp?

No, the camp you pay for is the one you attend. If you have to miss any sessions due to work or family commitments we can not refund or transfer sessions over.

What if I change my mind about doing camp. Can I get a refund?

We do not issue refunds or transfers. The only exceptions to this are if, for any reason, you become injured while doing an exercise in camp in which case we will transfer you to the next available camp but will not issue a refund.
If you knowingly start a camp with a pre-existing injury we can not be held responsible and we have no obligation to transfer you nor will we issue a refund.

I’m really fit. Will the camp challenge me enough?

Our camps tailored to each individual. There is not a woman alive who is fit enough not to be challenged by some of the exercises we can devise!

I don’t have any transport. What happens if I can’t get to one of the locations?

That’s what the FitBitch Twitter community is all about. Tweet your fellow campers and someone will give you a lift.

Where can I park?

All of the camps have local parking nearby. It is free of charge when we run our camps, although at weekends you may need to feed a parking meter.

I’ve just had a baby. Will camp be suitable?

We’ve had everyone from new mums with three month old babies to those with one year olds do our camps. All our camps have been designed with a strong emphasis on core work as most women, mothers or not, need to focus on this area.

What happens if it rains?

Rain, snow, wind, sun, whatever the weather our camps run. It may sound hideous but there is something beautiful about exercising in the snow, and invigorating taking on everything Mother Nature can through at you.
