Hove Lawns Camps

What could be more life affirming than exercising as you watch the sun rise or dip below the sea? Most of our sessions take place on Hove Lawns (in front of 3rd-4th Avenue) but expect to explore Brighton’s seafront in ways you have never done before. -
Queen’s Park

Why let the kids have all the fun? Learn how slides, swings and zip wires can be used with a dastardly FitBitch effect. We meet at different places throughout the park, as well as on Madeira Drive seafront.

Preston Park Camps

From the playground to the rockery, explore all that the park has to offer in our innovative fitness camp that will transform how you feel about exercise, and leave you on an endorphin high. Expect the unexpected. -
Yoga Camps

Love the idea of yoga but think you will never be flexible? Our yoga is for you. It focuses on postures to improve flexibility in areas that typically become tight in women and runners. Commit to our one our two week indoor yoga camp and help improve you range of movement, prevent injury and more.

Running Club
Want to be able to run, or run further or faster? Our women’s only running club provide training plans, workshops, and group runs with experienced trainers through the spectacular landscapes of the city and South Downs.

Weekend Camps
From playgrounds to the Pavillion, from the boxing gym to the beach, our weekend camps will help you drop a dress/bikini size, and help you explore Brighton & Hove in a whole new way. Book for a day, or the entire weekend and get a week’s healthy eating plan to follow too. -
Workshops

Join us in one of your popular intensive workshops events. Geared at providing expert advise or technique from experienced FitBitch trainers, we also host world experts within the health and fitness arena.

Are you a new mum, or a mum who can’t afford child care in order to exercise? FitMutha’s (10-11am) is designed just for you. Drop your kids at school or bring your baby along. Reclaim your body and more with our fun, effective outdoor sessions with a strong emphasis on re-building and strengthening your core.

Personal training

If you would prefer even more personal attention than you get in camp, or you simply can’t commit to a full camp, all our trainers are available for personal training. Train at home, outdoors or at Riptide Gym. From £35 per hour. Please contact us for details. -
