  • Beginner’s 0 – 10k 8 Week Running Course Weds 3rd July – 25th August

    This running course is for beginners and will get you ready for the Arundel 10k (this is optional!) on 25th August.  Purchasing the full package will entitle you to the Biomechanics Workshop on 3rd July (worth £10) as well as an event specific 10k training plan (worth £15).

    Purchasing the Weds package will include the workshop but no training plan.

    Sunday sessions include the training plan.

    Sunday sessions can be transferred to Weds but not vice versa. The package is non-refundable or transferable.  No Drop ins on the Sunday runs on this course.

  • 12 Weeks Beginners to Half Marathon, Weds June 19th – Sun 1st September

    Whether you want to take it seriously,  or are looking for a welcoming, fun event to train for, the Bacchus Half Marathon held at Denbies Vineyard in Dorking on 8th September could be just what you’re looking for.

    Grab your friends, or just join our running crew in training for this fantastic event where you can expect wine, fancy dress and cream teas afterwards (we might even train you for those race-specific stresses too!)

    The full package will entitle you to a Biomechanics workshop on June 19th worth £15 plus a training plan worth £15.

    Sundays only will include the training plan. Weds only will include the Biomechanics workshop. Sunday sessions can be transferred to Weds but not vice versa.

  • 8 Weeks Bristol/Bacchus or Firle Half Marathon July 17th – Sept 4th

    This is an eight week training plan and course to take you to one of the above races. It is for those intermediate runners who can already run 6miles and would like to improve their pace and finish times. You will need to be able to run a consistent pace of between 7mins 30 and 9min miles on the flat to be part of this training group.

    You may sign up to just Wednesday’s and drop into the Sunday runs for £10, if you are unsure of how many Sunday sessions you can make (there are half Sunday packages also available). All those who purchase part of the course will be entitled to the Power your Pace workshop (worth £10) on Weds 17th July and a training plan.

    You will NOT be able to drop into the Sunday sessions of this course unless you sign up to part or all of the course as we need a minimum number in order to provide staff for this course.

    (please note last training session for Bristol and Firle will be Weds 4th September leaving you a week to taper on your own).

  • 12 Weeks Amsterdam Half Marathon, starts 31st July

    Join us in our 12 weeks training course for the Amsterdam Half Marathon (part of our international weekend season).

    Training starts at 4 miles and you will need to commit and pay for some of this course in order to attend the Sunday runs. For instance, pay for Weds and pay drop in when you can for Sundays. Or pay a half package of Sunday sessions.  Read more below. Packages are non-refundable or transferable
