Massages helped me to achieve my marathon goal
While training for my first Brighton Marathon, Rosie helped me manage my recovery after long runs to keep my injuries in check, as well as helping me keep on top of my IBS with colon massage. I couldn’t have got through the training without her.

Massage was as important as running
I booked a massage package through Fitbitch as part of my training for the London Marathon in 2015 because I wanted to stay injury-free.
Every session started with a discussion about how my training was going, so Rosie could could tailor each therapy. I had massages for general recovery, holistic massages and sports massage to focus on tight areas.
I always felt amazing afterwards and I’m glad to say, I stayed injury-free and ran the marathon which was one of the best days of my life.
The regular massage was as important as the running itself and I really looked forward to my weekly sessions with Rosie.

Massage was so essential for my recovery
I booked a course of Fitbitch massages for a painful neck, and in just one consultation I noticed a huge improvement. By the end of the four sessions, I felt like a new person.
Rosie worked through some seriously big knots and I learned an important lesson, not to neglect massage which is essential for recovery.
