As we welcome in the Spring, awaken your body and throw off the rust of a winter without movement. Or if you are a regular exerciser, reassess how you are moving with this four week course which will give you fresh ideas of how you can strengthen, lengthen and create change in mind, body and soul.
With natural movement, strength and conditioning and perhaps a little bit of unique meditation, this will awaken your from hibernation and reboot your body helping you to fire up your metabolism and create healthy movement patterns that will challenge your body in a whole new way.
There is no eating plan with this course but we have Raw Energy Plans and Plant Power eating plans for £9.99 should you wish to purchase.
