Fit Body Blitz 6am & 7am

Whether you’re new to exercise, or workout regularly, this 4 week course will get you fit and feeling amazing, particularly with our renowned Core Transform sections which will help trim your tummy while also strengthening.
One hour sessions Mon, Tues, while Weds & Fri are 30 mins at 6.30am. Includes eating plan. Early bird ends 1st Feb.
