Group personal training with either Rachael or Amy is available during this week at the following times:
6.15am – 7am
7am – 7.45am
9.30am – 10.15am
You can choose whatever mixture of sessions you would prefer, strength and conditioning, yoga and mobility, aerobic, or anaerobic.
