Get fit, strong and stable for running and it will help you to prevent injuries and make you stronger so it will feel easier on the hills. It could also make you faster too! Join us on our sell out course, just eight spaces to ensure quality coaching and personalised attention.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re a beginner to running or a seasoned runner looking for PB gains or injury prevention, exercises are accommodated according to YOUR body and current fitness level. This class does NOT involve running, it is all focused on creating core and hip stability. And it’s all over in 30 minutes – perfect!
