Learn to Run 10km

An event every week that begins at 6:15am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until February 11, 2016
If every new year, or couple of months you try – and fail – to do one of those couch to 5km or 10km Apps or training plans, THIS is the solution.
Two sessions per week, over five weeks with provide you with the coaching support and motivation to get out there and nail your running resolution.
You will not only learn correct running technique but you will be part of a supportive group, all with the same goal.
Designed for total beginners, as well as those returning to running, you will learn why cadence is important, how to use your arms to help you run and much more.
Fun, informative, effective. Come and learn with us on our accelerated learning course. Don’t worry, we don’t mean that you have to be fast!
Two sessions, twice per week for five weeks on Tuesday and Thursday at 6.15-7am.
