An event every week that begins at 7:45am on Wednesday and Friday, repeating until December 18, 2020
Drop in to our online 30 minute body weight (we also demonstrate a kettlebell exercise if you have one) to help build muscle to transform the shape of your body, boost your confidence – and your bottom line!
Simple to fit in to your schedule, all you have to do is get out of bed, unroll your exercise mat and turn your computer on.
We also offer a monthly pass which gives you access to all outdoor and online classes for £90 or £120 if you also wish to do our Monday 7.15-8.00am outdoor class.
