Run a Half Marathon

Are you training for the Brighton Half marathon or a Spring Marathon?
This 8 week course, including 6 coached, guided runs (& 2 optional races) will be a mixture of trail & road running to help you build endurance and confidence.
A women-only community, the first week starts at 7 miles, so you need to already be able to run this distance. Please arrive at 8.20am for a warm up.
The locations of each week are as follows:
Week 1, January 3rd, Marroccos, Hove Seafront (7 miles road)
Week 2, January 10th, Stanmer Park Church car park (8 miles off road)
Week 3, January 17th, Shoreham Giant bike shop (9 miles off road flat)
Week 4, January 24th, Tesco, Rottingdean (10 miles off road)
Week 5, January 31st, Marmalade, Kemptown (Breakfast after) (11 mile road)
Week 6, February 7th Optional Race The Longman (10 miles off road – go early and add two)
Week 7, February 14th, Optional race, Worthing Half Marathon
Week 8, February 21st, Hove Park Cafe (8 miles off road)
Price: £60 (£42 for members – you can not also apply your % discount to this price) which includes the 6 runs only, not the entry to the races. Combine with our weekday pace and preparation course for £105 saving £15 with the package.
If you can not commit to all runs, they are available as drop ins at £11 per run, £5 if you are a member.
