Our running fitness sessions are suitable for ALL levels and change on a weekly basis, offering everything from strength and fat loss conditioning for running, to pace and tempo sessions to improve your speed. NO matter what your level, you are welcome. For details of specific sessions visit our dedicated run club site vwww.fitbitchrunningclub.com.
If you prefer a dedicated beginners course, we run these every four weeks and they are for total beginners.
