An event every week that begins at 6:15am on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until July 12, 2018
Choose from the 6.15am course or 7am. Each session lasts 45 minutes
A two weekexercise challenge featuring a whole variety of workouts from the world of Pilates, Yoga, Boxing, running, kettle bells, circuits and games, we programme the course to ensure your body is always challenged to keep it changing and you’re always having fun. Accompanied by a complimentary eating plan.
