Our six week fitness and healthy eating challenge (although, we will also offer a choice of the 5:2 eating plan which will account for the fact that you’re going to fall off the wagon during the festive season) will banish any woes about the winter, boost your feel good endorphins and leave you fitter, stronger and slimmer (if you stick to our eating plan) than when you started.

time slot: 6.15am-7am or 7am-7.45am

Six weeks of 3 sessions per week, including personal assessments before and after the course and eating plans, £175 –
