Devised by FB founder Rachael Woolston, who has intereviewed the world's top celebrity fitness trainers, you can expect to do core work like Cameron Diaz, and try out the butt lifting moves that Jennifer Lopez does with her trainer. These are the exercises that the stars do to get red -carpet ready. combined with Rachael's own expertise in fitness, nutrition and yoga , you can expect a super effective, fun-filled weekend ...think Hollywood core circuits, playground adventure races and underground boxing gyms. Book one day, £80, or the entire weekend £150. Want to book two weekends in one go? £250. Saturday 9am - 2.30pm Sunday 7am - 1pm This price does not include food, accommodation or transport.
