I’m so unfit, will I just make a fool out of myself?

You have nothing to worry about as each of our exercises are geared to the individual.
We will challenge and inspire but never demoralise you. It’s natural
to feel nervous but we create a close knit community in our camps which is very supportive. And frequently, you will be laughing more than feeling worried.
What if I’m really fit. Will the camp challenge me enough?
Our camps are bespoke and tailored to each individual. There is not a woman alive who is fit enough not to be challenged by some of the exercises we devise. And if you want something a little different, you could always sign up to our Performance Camps.
How long is each session and which days do they run?
Look at our Timetable, which have details of all our camp start dates and what we have coming up. Each session is one hour. For more details about each camp, visit our specific pages which explain in more detail each class or session.
What results can I expect?
Our camps are carefully designed and include the most effective equipment to help you get the results you desire. Read Our Results page for more details.
As for our running club, we have taken beginners to marathon level and improved the Personal Bests of every runner who has ever joined us. Not to mention helped them dress a drop size as a nice bonus.
Most importantly of all, Fitbitch helps transform your confidence. By achieving your fitness goals, our clients realise that anything is possible.
What kind of exercises do you do in camp?
Ah, now that would be telling! Our sessions are a secret to help keep you, and your body challenged. But expect everything from boxing to bouncing on a SpaceHopper, and kids slides to kettle bells.
Is there lots of running in your outdoor camps?
In our four week camps and Fast Blasts, there are some running sessions which are necessary to help you get fitter. However, we disguise it as something else so you won’t even realise.

If I book a four week camp, can I also use it for other sessions and the running club?
No. Unless otherwise stated, all sessions and camps are separate.
Can I carry sessions over to another camp if I miss any?
No, the camp you pay for is the one you attend. If you miss any sessions due to work or family commitments, we do not refund or transfer sessions.
Can I get a refund before I start a camp?
Once you have booked we operate a no refund policy.
What happens if I’m ill during a camp or am injured?
We can not be held responsible for illnesses nor a pre-existing injury and do not issue refunds or transfers.
I don’t have any transport. Where are your sessions held and what if I can’t get there?

Where can I park?
All of the camps have local parking nearby. It is free of charge in the morning but, while our evening sessions and running club have nearby cheap parking.
I’ve just had a baby. Will camp be suitable?
We’ve coached everyone from new mums with three month old babies to those with youngsters. Our morning camps in particular are taught by women and have a strong emphasis on core work as most women, mothers or not, need to focus on this area.
What happens if it rains?
Rain, snow, wind, sun, whatever the weather our camps run. There is something beautiful about exercising in the snow, and invigorating taking on everything Mother Nature can throw at you.
Where do you meet?
Visit our booking page for information about locations. They do vary in the morning camps and Performance camps but we tell you in advance. We will send you all the information that you need before each camp starts.
Terms and Conditions
Any special deals that we offer are open to new members only, unless otherwise specificed. This means they have never attended any boot camp or boxing sessions. Running club deals the same applies.
Booking must be done online. It is on a first come, first served basis. No spaces will be held without payment.
Fitbitch reserve the right to cancel a camp if there are insufficient attendees. If this happens, you will be notified by email and social media and either offered a transfer to a different location, or a full refund.
Fitbitch does not offer refunds on any of our HIIT Camps, Fitmuthas, Camps, Boxing Belles, single or class pass sessions, running courses or memberships. Nor do we transfer sessions, except in exceptional circumstances and only if arranged and agreed by Fitbitch..
If you fall ill while you are attending a camp, Fitbitch can not be held responsible and sessions will not be offered at a later date. The camp you book, is the camp that you attend.
Some drop in sessions are available for former graduates but these must be booked on an 8 or 12 session basis.
Fitbitch can not be held responsible for any loss or damage of clients personal items left whilst training.
Where you make an error in booking or ask for a late booking on to a course, you will be levied a £5 administration form for each change.
