Want to learn how to run? Or run faster and further?
Wednesday, technique sessions 7.30-8.30pm
Sunday, longer runs, 8.30am, until finish
Running is a fantastic way of getting fit, or if you’re already running, staying in shape without spending a fortune. But running alone often sees you getting stuck in a rut. It means you stop seeing improvements in your fitness or body shape which is why we have set up our unique stand alone running club.
Aimed at all levels of runners, whether you are a beginner or someone that enters races regularly, our club includes group training runs, specialist workshops (yoga for runners, heart rate training, and even barefoot running), training plans and international running weekend breaks.
Wednesdays are our technique sessions including biomechanical assessment sessions every six to eight weeks.
This is where we assess your technique and how your body moves as you run. Why bother? It means we can give you exercises specific for your body to help make you stronger and prevent injury.
Sundays are longer training runs usually on the South Downs.
Don’t worry if you’re a beginner, as we have one to four running coaches per group (depending on size) so there will be a distance to suit you.
