During lockdown, our clients got fitter, stronger and slimmer. Why? Because we started online classes which meant that women could exercise more regularly.

So, we’ve adapted what we do and how we operate.

We now run a mixture of online and outdoor classes as outlined below.

Monday

Strength and Serotonin Online

30 minutes,  6.30am-7.00am, or 7.15am-7.45am

Premium monthly only: Monday 7.15am-8.00am

Yin Yoga Online

30 minutes, 6.30pm-7.00pm

Deep postures for ultimate relaxation and recovery. Ideal for forties plus and runners.

Tuesday

Strength and Serotonin Online and Outdoors

30 minutes,  6.30am-7.00am, or 7.15am-7.45am

This class is outdoors but also streamed live to those working out at home.

Wednesday

Strength and Serotonin Online

7,45am-8.15am

Thursday

Strength and Serotonin Outdoors

30 minutes,  6.30am-7.00am, or 7.15am-7.45am

Friday

Strength and Serotonin Online

7,45am-8.15am
