All of our coaches are professionally qualified to the highest standard and have years of experience.

You can meet us in a public park or outside space or we can come to your home.



Rachael Woolston has very limited availability and costs £65 for one hour. She is available for five block bookings only in person.


1 PERSON: £50 for 45 minutes.

2 PARTNER UP: £60 for 45 minutes for two people sharing a session.
