Want to get fit, have fun and get back to running? Join our new mums running and buggy fit course. Suitable for all new mums with babies 12 months and under. You don’t need to be fit or have had any running experience before, this course will help you to get back to feeling and looking good safely with core exercises, as well as foam rolling to improve mobility and flexibility after pregnancy.

Ready to Run Mummy

If you have recently had a baby and are looking to return to running or simply to start for the first time, this course is designed specifically with you, the new mummy, in mind.

Our four week course, incorporates two sessions per week, and is focused on helping you to rebuild the foundations essential for safe, efficient running.

We work on activating and conditioning the core and gluteal muscles, along with flexibility exercises to rebuild your body so you feel strong, fit and ready to return to fitness.

If you are looking for a course that will include lots of running this is NOT for you. Our aim is restoring and rebuilding your body so that you have the strong foundation to develop your running.

At the end of this course, you will be able to continue on to further courses or running alone, to build distance and speed confident that you will be doing it safely.

The course is only open to women who are postnatal 8 weeks to 12 months. Please feel free to bring your babies and buggies for this indoor studio class.

Price: £96. Each session lasts for 40 minutes.

Running, it’s one of life’s simplest pleasures once you’ve learned how to run and feel comfortable doing so. It helps you to lose weight, shapes your legs and bottom, fills you with confidence and feel good-endorphins, and you get to meet new friends through it too.

It is also perfect if you’re a new mum and need exercise to fit around when you can get out of the house – with or without baby in tow. But are you READY to run?

Our NEW four week (two sessions per week) courses are designed to help ensure that you are.

They are specifically for new mums of babies aged up to eight months, and have been specially designed by founder, Rachael Woolston, a fully qualified postnatal fitness coach with a speciality in running, and a fitness and health writer for the national press.

The courses are designed to help you rebuild – or build from scratch, the foundations to help ensure that you become an efficient, confident and injury-free runner.

If you can already run 5km, then this course is NOT for you. This is a course that will get you ready to run, with the help of exercises designed to work the muscles, specifically the core and bottom, which have become weak or overtight during pregnancy.

Courses start September 16th at Hove Park. Book before the end of August and you can bring a friend (who must be new to us) for free.**
