Girls Run the World Spring-Summer Trail Season

Welcome to the Spring-Summer Season of Girls Run the World Trail Running

You can join us in training for a particular event, or just join us to enjoy the running and training. Pay for an entire season, or drop in as and when suits. If you pay for a full season, you’ll get access to our members only Brighton and Hove Facebook group 

Our Spring focus is about enjoy the beautiful trail runs on the Downs and for those who have entered, getting runners fit and strong for the Bluebell 10km or 10 mile.

In   our early summer season, we switch to offering two route distances, one for those who prefer a relaxed, explore the trails option, while the other will focus on building stamina and endurance for the rather fabulous Bewl 15 miles on July 1st which ends with a pint of Harvey’s and a table laden with home made cake.

Please note that BOTH events sell out way in advance, so book your entries soon. For anyone who takes part in our courses, you’ll get access to our  Brighton and Hove Girls Run the World members access only group, which contains exclusive discounts codes with our event partners, including Raw Energy Pursuits, EndurancetoLive, Maverick Races and many more.

Your coaches will be Rachael, Tara and new coach, Helena.

All details of the runs, routes and meeting points will be posted as a document within the members only portal.

Please note the FIRST RUN is Saturday March 3rd just before the Girls Run the World meet up. Thereafter, all runs are on Sunday.

NO run on Sunday March 25th, when we will be at the Lancing 10km.

WE don’t do old fashioned big class boot camps or boring exercise that you have to endure just for the sake of getting fit.

What we DO offer are courses personalised to you, which provide all elements of fitness from Pilates to Yoga, Boxing to Kettlebells so you get everything that your body needs in one easy package, along with well being and an eating plan.

PLUS, we now offer  a 15 minute one to one or Skype session* or one to one assessment (in a brighton location) to help you discuss and define your goals.

With only 10 spaces per course, you’ll get maximum results whatever your aim, weight-loss, feeling good, getting fit, boosting your health, mobility or regaining your sense of self post baby.

Three sessions per week for four weeks, by the final session you’ll be amazed how different you feel.

Optional post course graduation at Preston ParkRun followed by breakfast, December 3rd.

Fitbitch Summer Pop Up Supper (plus trail run & yoga)

Celebrate summer, running or just new found fitness friends with our summer pop up party. There are two options:
1. Meet at Falmer Train Station at 4PM to RUN OR MOUNTAIN BIKE a beautiful 6 mile route to Lewes. It will be at conversational, stop/start/breathe pace. Finish at Pells Pool for a yoga session and/or optional swim if time permits. Then a pop up Fitbitch supper at Plesant Stores in Lewes for a 3 course vegetarian or vegan meal including bread/nibbles.

2. just come for the pop up supper at Plesant Stores at 7.30pm.

Price: trail run/yoga, £12 – book online via our booking page
Price: Pop Up Fitbitch supper, £20 – book via the eventbrite link (you will need to copy and paste into your browser)
