Our Learn to Run 5km is a fun, friendly five week course that will help you to get fit and develop your running endurance and fitness. It is accompanied by a training plan which you can download from our website free at

Many other learn to run courses stretch to ten weeks. But we have been running these courses now for over five years and have helped hundreds of runners, including total beginners, reach their goal by week five.

If you DON’T reach your target (and have attended every session) then you can re-take a course for free. But we are 100% confident in our methods which are tried and tested.

This course is for complete beginners and will build you up from zero to 5km . It is also perfect for lapsed runners or those looking to build their confidence.

The course is £40 if you join our running membership.

Want to lose weight and burn fat through running? Then join us on our ten week course to help you get moving. This is for total beginners and/or lapsed exercisers and you don’t need to have any experience of running in the past, nor will we expect you to be able to run at the moment. 

So, how does it work? We will provide you an eating plan as well as a one-to-one optional assessment to help set your goals and take your body statistics.

You will then come every week for a fun run workout, where you will learn techniques to help make running easier and gradually learn to build your distance and confidence. 

In addition, you will be given homework to do to help you achieve your goals. This will be optional but if completed you are more likely to reach your target.

So, how does it work?

In addition to the eating plan, you will be sent an online exercise programme, complete with videos and pictures to help explain form and technique.

These are simple workouts that can be done by EVERYONE no matter whether you’re a beginner or advanced. They work in less than 20 minutes per day as they are based on the scientifically proven TABATA system, working hard and intense for short bursts for maximum effect. You will be expected to work out every day.

The exercises are easy to follow but should you wish to go through any of the programme with one of our trainers beforehand to ensure correct technique this can be arranged. *
