Aimed at total beginners and those returning to running, this course aims to help you get fit, stronger and learn great technique to make running feel easier. Our aim to help you to reach your first 5km but any progress is achievement. You can download our plans for free here
Our early bird price of £40 ends 19th December, thereafter it is £50. To book the course, visit the booking page and choose Beginners. You will receive an email confirmation on booking containing all the necessary information, as well as a health form that must be filled out prior to commencement of the course.
