If you have recently had a baby and are looking to return to running or simply to start for the first time, this course is designed specifically with you, the new mummy, in mind.
Our four week course, incorporates two sessions per week, and is focused on helping you to rebuild the foundations essential for safe, efficient running.
We work on activating and conditioning the core and gluteal muscles, along with flexibility exercises to rebuild your body so you feel strong, fit and ready to return to fitness.
If you are looking for a course that will include lots of running this is NOT for you. Our aim is restoring and rebuilding your body so that you have the strong foundation to develop your running.
At the end of this course, you will be able to continue on to further courses or running alone, to build distance and speed confident that you will be doing it safely.
The course is only open to women who are postnatal 8 weeks to 12 months. Please feel free to bring your babies and buggies for this indoor studio class.
Price: £96. Each session lasts for 40 minutes.
