If you’ve been running regularly and are now ready to take up the challenge of getting faster, try one of our renowned 8 week courses to guaranteed speed improvement.
It doesn’t matter what your current PB is – whether it’s 40 minutes for a 5km or nudging 20 mins. Or you’re trotting over a marathon finish line at over five hours or going for sub 3 hours 30minutes, this course is designed to help you get faster with fun but challenging interval, pace and tempo sessions – with a bit of fun thrown in.
Both groups will be split according to whether they are aiming for a 5km/10km PB or endurance of half marathon or over.
Sessions will be 45 minutes to one hour.
