Get fit, strong and boost those feel good endorphins with our friendly learn to run five week course. You’ll meet us once a week for a coached run with some strength and conditioning and do two sessions on your own (or meet up with others in the group) following the Girls Run the World training plan.
Don’t worry about what level you are or holding people back, if you want to run and get in shape, we will get you there via the training methods that we’ve used for over eight years and which have helped hundreds of women become runners.
