Open to men and women, this 30 minute body weight conditioning class is designed exclusively for runners of all levels. Designed to be the missing piece in most runner’s training, this class will make help to get you stronger, fitter and faster – and most importantly help you to avoid injury.
No experience is necessary – Focus, Sweat, Achieve #find your inner athlete
Make sure you arrive on time to start exactly at 6.30am. If you’d prefer not to lie on the lawns, please bring a yoga mat.
Single session: £10 or purchase a class pass of £10 for £80 to be used within 10 weeks.
If you try your first session and love it so much, you can get a half price class pass if you purchase within the week of your first class. (new members to all our brands only)
