Think all juices are created equal? Think again.
While freshly made juices are packed with free radical fighting anti-oxidants and will boost your vitamin intake without the need for supplements, fruit based juices can send your blood sugar levels soaring.
The upshot of this? Feeling more hungry, and it also releases the stress hormone cortisol.
Far better to stick to vegetable juices that pack a mean vitamin packed punch, and which won’t have the same effect as drinking a cup of sugar added tea.
