Build strength, speed and stamina with this course that will work on building your strength and stamina to run at pace. It doesn’t matter how fast or slow you are, as this course is aimed at helping each individual to improve their own speed as a runner, and get used to the mental strategies required to work to a pace to help you achieve a half marathon or marathon. Each session focuses on short intervals, but we try to make it fun too so that it’s both challenging, rewarding and effective. All our clients have achieved personal bests doing this course.
This six week block will be specifically focused on those training for distances of half marathon and marathon.Tweet
