WE don’t do old fashioned big class boot camps or boring exercise that you have to endure just for the sake of getting fit.
What we DO offer are courses personalised to you, which provide all elements of fitness from Pilates to Yoga, Boxing to Kettlebells so you get everything that your body needs in one easy package, along with a healthy eating plan. So you can expect improved well being, health and fitness and the fun of doing all of this in a small group environment.
PLUS, we offer a body statistics one to one assessment which also will help you to discuss and define your goals*.

We train in a beautiful location right on Hove seafront.
Three sessions per week for four weeks, by the final session you’ll be amazed how different you feel.

Fitbitch Camps – be inspired, be inspiring
Our original four week camps, launched way back in 2009 with just three women. We’ve come a long way since then, helping hundreds of women to lose weight, eat well and discover for the first time, a lifelong love of fitness. Not to mention a perkier butt.
Since launching on Hove seafront, we now offer small group, women-only camps in Queen’s Park, Brighton, Lewes & Worthing.
Fitbitch is not a boot camp in the traditional sense; it is an immersive experience which helps you to create a healthy lifestyle through small group training. You not only receive personalised fitness sessions, but a healthy eating plan and the chance to be part of a fantastic fitness community.
You don’t need to rely on will power when you enjoy doing something with people who you enjoy exercising with. This is the part of the secret to our continued success – creating the right environment for you to get the most out of our courses.
By the time you graduate from our two or four week courses, exercising and eating healthily will feel as natural as getting dressed in the morning.
So, what can you expect on a Fitbitch course?
From boxing to kettlebells, Pilates to yoga, every session is different (in fact, we even switch locations now and again – within reason- to make the most of the awe-inspiring spaces we train in). Rather than having to organise your time and pay multiple studios, we offer all you need to make you strong, fit and flexible so that YOU reap the biggest benefits in the shortest amount of time.

We are specialists in women’s fitness and run coaching, with our coaches having specialist qualifications in postnatal fitness, well being and fitness for the menopause, running, strength for sport and much more. We are always learning so that we can pass that on to you. Whatever your age, your life stage or fitness level, we supportively challenge you to become a stronger, fitter, more supple you.

1. All fitness sessions within a course of no more than 12 women. (Most locations are 3 sessions per week except Lewes which is twice per week).
