Learn to Run 5km, a fun, friendly five week course that will help you to get fit and reach your first 5km goal. It is accompanied by a training plan which you can download from our website free at www.fitbitchrunning.club.com.

Sessions last for 45 minutes and if you miss one, you can use up your sessions in our www.hiitsquad.co.uk.

Girls 12-17 can come free with an accompanying paying adult. Book your place and if you have a friend new to us, we will provide them with a code for a spot on the same course for free.
