Girls Run the World Spring-Summer Trail Season

Welcome to the Spring-Summer Season of Girls Run the World Trail Running

You can join us in training for a particular event, or just join us to enjoy the running and training. Pay for an entire season, or drop in as and when suits. If you pay for a full season, you’ll get access to our members only Brighton and Hove Facebook group 

Our Spring focus is about enjoy the beautiful trail runs on the Downs and for those who have entered, getting runners fit and strong for the Bluebell 10km or 10 mile.

In   our early summer season, we switch to offering two route distances, one for those who prefer a relaxed, explore the trails option, while the other will focus on building stamina and endurance for the rather fabulous Bewl 15 miles on July 1st which ends with a pint of Harvey’s and a table laden with home made cake.

Please note that BOTH events sell out way in advance, so book your entries soon. For anyone who takes part in our courses, you’ll get access to our  Brighton and Hove Girls Run the World members access only group, which contains exclusive discounts codes with our event partners, including Raw Energy Pursuits, EndurancetoLive, Maverick Races and many more.

Your coaches will be Rachael, Tara and new coach, Helena.

All details of the runs, routes and meeting points will be posted as a document within the members only portal.

Please note the FIRST RUN is Saturday March 3rd just before the Girls Run the World meet up. Thereafter, all runs are on Sunday.

NO run on Sunday March 25th, when we will be at the Lancing 10km.

L2R 5km/10km

Our Learn to Run 5km and 10km courses are a fun, friendly, 5 or 10 week course that will help you to get fit and progress you running endurance and fitness. It is accompanied by a training plan which you can download from our website free at

Sessions last for 45 minutes and if you miss one, you can use up your sessions in our

Girls 12-17 can come free with an accompanying paying adult.

This course is for complete beginners and will build you up from zero to 5km or 10km . It is also perfect for lapsed runners or those looking to build their confidence.

5km course costs £50 and finishes March 22nd

10km course costs £80 and lasts 8 weeks, finishing on April 12th in time for the BM10km.

Join our annual membership for £50 and enjoy our weekly Tuesday evening runs (except school holidays) plus lots of discounts off our running courses, workshops and benefits with local shops. Read more here

It doesn’t matter how fast or slow you run 5km, as long as you can do so without stopping you can join us on our membership runs. We have pace angels, who are all beginners who started running with us, there to help on every run.

Tonight’s run is meeting at Hove Seafront. Be there ready to run at 7pm.
