We all know HOW to get fit and what we should and shouldn’t be eating. But that doesn’t make it any easier to get into shape or see the weight on the scales go down does it?
When it comes to getting into shape and staying there, we all need a motivator. It is why going to the gym often only works for a bit before your will power crumbles under the boredom of working out alone or when you start realising that you can’t see any difference in shape or fitness.
