The mornings are getting lighter, and the promise of Spring is just around the corner. There is no better time to harness the sense of renewal that comes with the changing of the season. Join us in awakening your fitness and healthy routine with this fun, small group four week challenge.

We’ll assess you before and after the course, discuss your goals and set targets. We’ll then help you achieve them with three sessions per week of classes that will work on your cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, mobility and more. From blisteringly effective boxing workouts to sunrise supple sessions, you’ll be fitter, stronger and slimmer by the end.
Available 6.15am – 7am or 7am – 7.45am
Payment Options:
£175 for 12 sessions, including an eating plan, and pre and post assessment.
£150 for 12 sessions or four weeks, not including assessments.

Have fun while building your body
What happens in that 45 minutes? Well, that’s a secret but you can expect a mixture of exercises to help you build lean muscle, essential to help you rebalance your hormones and metabolism, as well as transforming your shape, fun aerobic work, boxing and more. Every Monday will be different so you’ll never know quite what to expect.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never exercised before or you’re used to exercising regularly, this 45 minute class will be adjusted accordingly to give you the challenge that you need to push outside of your comfort zone which is where real transformation happens.
No single session drop ins. Purchase in four week blocks, £44 although you can extend one session into the next block only with written prior agreement. This allows for holidays/appointments but does NOT cover missing class due to inclement weather . No BANK HOLIDAY CLASS.

The number one way to help you prevent injuries and become a more efficient runner is strength training. But how to fit it in when you love running and you want to just do that all the time?
With this course that gives you a 30 minute session focused entirely on building stability and strength in your legs, gluteals and core using kettle bells, medicine balls and body weight.
The class meets at 7.15pm (bring a mat) at the park where Woodruff Avenue meets Goldstone Crescent. Meet at my car to pick up the necessary equipment for your current level of fitness and we’ll start as soon as possible after that, running for 30 minutes.
This class is suitable for ALL LEVELS, and will be progressed or regressed according to your current level of fitness.
Please note there is NO class on October 19th so this course will be a three week course block only. We only accept 8 people per class.

If you can’t commit to one of our full courses but still want to get fit, flexible and strong, try our 30 minute high intensity interval sessions

Fitting everything in that you know you should for a healthy, well balanced life is, well, just a bit hectic. The irony is, the older you get, the more important it is to stay active.
As women, we begin to lose muscle mass by up to half a pound a year from our early thirties. And by our forties, if we are not doing meaningful, focused strength work (and this means more than walking) we run the risk of our bodies ageing far more quickly than they should.
With less muscle mass, we don’t burn as many calories, result – weight gain. But it’s not just the aesthetic issues that we need to worry about.
Less muscle means it affects our hormone balance and can also lead to the onset of sacropenia, the wasting away of muscle mass that affects balance, function and strength in older age.
That’s where HiiT is brilliant for busy, working women, mothers and fathers (yes, HiiT Squad is also open to men). You get a 30 minute, super-effective strength session and it’s easy to fit it in.
It’s also super-effective for cyclists and runners enabling you to build up your strength without it impacting on the time you spend doing the thing you love the most – running and cycling.
Anyway, it’s back on a trial basis at Hove seafront at 8pm-8.30pm on Wednesday evenings and at The Level at 6.30am or 7am on Fridays starting from Weds May 10th.
It’s £10 per session, £45 or 5 or £80 for 10.

Build your strength and speed with this course which involves doing interval sessions on inclines, hills and stairs. We work on techniques for hill running up and down, as well as mental strength and techniques to keep you going when your mind is telling you to stop!
