What happens in that 45 minutes? Well, that’s a secret but you can expect a mixture of exercises to help you build lean  muscle, essential to help you rebalance your hormones and metabolism, as well as transforming your shape, fun aerobic work, boxing and more. Every Monday will be different so you’ll never know quite what to expect.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never exercised before or you’re used to exercising regularly, this 45 minute class will be adjusted accordingly to give you the challenge that you need to push outside of your comfort zone which is where real transformation happens.

No single session drop ins. Purchase in four week blocks, £44 although you can extend one session into the next block only with written prior agreement. This allows for holidays/appointments but does NOT cover missing class due to inclement weather . No BANK HOLIDAY CLASS.

This class does NOT involve running, it is all focused on creating core and hip stability. And it’s all over in 30 minutes – perfect!

Smash Your PB Parkrun & 10km

Would you love to beat your parkrun time or get faster over 10km? Then join us for our six week speed and pace improvers course on Hove seafront.

This six week course has a 100% guaranteed success rate amongst all our clients who have attended every session. It involves a variety of running based sessions, including intervals and tempo sessions that will help you to improve your stride efficiency, running technique, as well as your speed endurance and stamina. Plus, it’s a fun session that is made all the easier for sharing the experience with other women, who all share a common goal of wanting to improve their running.

It doesn’t matter if you consider yourself a slow runner, a medium paced runner or a fast runner, the session is designed to challenge YOUR personal speed to enable you to improve. \

The only pre-requisite for attending the course is that you must already be able to run 5km.

Run Fun Fitness

Whether you’re just attempting to start running for the first time, you’ve fallen off the bandwagon, you’re a new mum returning to fitness or you just want some inspiration to make your running more interesting, join us for this six week block of 45 minute sessions that will incorporate strength and conditioning exercises, running games that will help you build your distance and stamina without you even realising it. You can choose to do one block or keep returning, but each individual will get exercises and running tasks that are set to their individual needs and requirement. This means it’s suitable for those who are just getting up from a walk to a run, right the way to those who want to improve their five km park run time but with some fun added elements.

Running for Beginners

If you’re new to running or are just coming back to it after a long time off, join us for this fun ten week introduction to running. This is designed to a be stress-free, enjoyable route into running where there will be no pressure to run at a certain speed or a certain distance.

Using fun fitness games and unique mental strategies, we’ll help you to improve your running fitness and distance without you realising that you’re even running. We now have over nine years of helping to coach women of all levels, but a vast majority as beginners, to become runners and to ENJOY running.

The course is designed in such a way that it doesn’t matter if you have to miss a week now and again although we have a Facebook support group where you can also get tips and advice.

If you want to have a target, we can also give you that and help  you to achieve it.

The aim for every one is that in ten weeks, we will all graduate together by doing park run on Hove Prom, where you will no only run and complete it, but even feel confident to sprint to the finish line.

There will be no session on half term week.

Girls Run the World Get Together, Mince Pie 10 miles

Most of our runners are based in Brighton and Hove where we train and coach a lot of our members. But with more GRTW communities spreading with our online training, we’ve created a series of events where we hope we can bring the community together wherever you are in the UK. And no, not all of them will just be in Brighton and Hove.
Join us in running this popular, off-road, very often muddy, and most definitely hilly 10 mile run based on the south coast in Peacehaven.
Tremendous fun, and friendly, our aim is to dress up and have fun.
Meet at Peacehaven Leisure Centre at 10.20am for fun warm up games and to check out everyone’s outfits.

GRTW Autumn-Winter Season 2017-18

Enjoy beautiful running locations, off-road and one, with our qualified running coaches during our Autumn-Winter series this year. Whatever your goal, to build your fitness, find new people to run with, get faster, run longer or train for an event, we’ll help you reach your goal.


There will be 17 runs in the series (click the link below to download locations and mileage per week) which will focus on building endurance and running fitness.

The Autumn Series will focus on building strength and stamina for the Mince Pie 10 mile trail race, December 10th as well as building your base fitness for half marathons.

The Winter Series, starting 26th November (from this date there will be two distances on offer per run) will get you ready for the Brighton Half Marathon. Of course, there are lots of fantastic off-road and road races along the way that our training will get you prepared for – the Eastbourne Half Marathon, Tunbridge Wells Half Marathon, Downland Devil, Moleyman and many more.

No one gets left behind, and the faster runners don’t stand still. This is our ninth season of helping women to build endurance so we know how to keep you motivated, moving and getting stronger on each run.

Our season pass works out at just £4 per run, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds – running with us for your training, as well as taking part in races and events with the women you meet on our runs.

There are various payment options:

  • Autumn-Winter Series runs September 10th – February 18th – £68 (£4 per run)
  • Autumn Series runs September 10th – December 10th – £45 (£5 per run)
  • Winter Series runs November 26th – February 18th – £50 (£5)
  • OR drop in single sessions, £10


We will not have sessions on some dates and hope that you will instead join us for a GRTW meet up at these events. These include:

October 8th Rise UK 8km

October 15th, Bright10

November 19th, Brighton 10km

December 10th, Mince Pie 10 miles

December 24/31st – Christmas

Girls Run the World, Smash Your PB

Whatever speed of runner you are, if you are a Parkrunner or run longer distance, even if you only think of yourself as a jogger not a runner, this course will help you learn new techniques, help you improve your speed and your confidence.

Every woman who has completed this course has gone on to beat their personal best in their chosen distance. If you’re ready to take the next step in your running and to add some variety to your running, this course is for you.

It doesn’t matter how fast you are compared to anyone else, it’s all about helping you to achieve your running potential.

For those who do have their sights on the Bright10 event, this course will be perfectly timed for this event.

It costs £48 for the six week course which is non-refundable/exchangeable. However, we are introducing a new monthly membership in September which will allow you unlimited access to our running and boot camp sessions although you will be required to commit to a minimum of two months. Learn to Run 5km, Hove Seafront

Aimed at total beginners and those returning to running, this course aims to help you get fit, stronger and learn great technique to make running feel easier. Our aim to help you to reach your first 5km but any progress is achievement. You can download our plans for free here

Join our off-road training runs to help build your miles and learn running techniques with our fab female running coaches and inspirational women’s running community – we’ll even be there at the start and finish lines cheering you on at the end.

We specialise in getting women to the finish line of their first half marathon feeling strong, fit and happy. Our 16 week training group  (14 guided and coached runs) will help you build from 3 miles (5km) to 13.1 miles.

You will get technique advice, incredible off-road routes so you feel inspired on each run you do with us (rather than having to trudge along endless flat roads) and you will be part of a small training group where you can share your training reward and woes.

Over the last eight years, we’ve helped dozens of women build their distance, helping them to become half marathon runners when they believed they’d never even get out the starting blocks.

Run Rehab/Prehab

If you are injured, recovering from an injury OR you want to avoid getting an injury, this 45 minute class (or course of six) could be the solution. A mixture of myofascial release techniques, foam rolling and yoga combined with stability exercises to strengthen hips and core for strong, injury-free running. t

Taught by Rachael, a qualified yoga teacher who has run countless Parkruns, 10kms, half marathons along with seven marathons (Londonx2, Paris, Lake Garda, Mumbai and Paris) and is currently working her way through the World Majors, London  (completed) Tokyo, (February 2017), Berlin, (September 2017), New York, Chicago and Boston.  As a journalist for Runners World, there is not much she does not know about injury-prevention and recovery.

To get the most out of this, it is preferable to book the entire course. It is available however on a drop-in basis with class booking online closing by 7pm the evening before. Drop ins cost £12 or you can buy a class pass/season pass.
