I booked a massage package through Fitbitch as part of my training for the London Marathon in 2015 because I wanted to stay injury-free.
Every session started with a discussion about how my training was going, so Rosie could could tailor each therapy. I had massages for general recovery, holistic massages and sports massage to focus on tight areas.
I always felt amazing afterwards and I’m glad to say, I stayed injury-free and ran the marathon which was one of the best days of my life.
