Our courses are designed so that EVERYONE can benefit, whether you are a total newbie or a seasoned exerciser. But starting out, particularly if you haven’t exercised for years, or are returning after having a baby can be intimidating. Which is why we have designed this four day course specifically for you.

You were learn new ways of exercising, including the correct techniques for everything from planks to push ups, boxing to butt bridges, as well as and how to use equipment including theTRX, kettlebells and more, all within a supportive educational environment.
