Whether you currently run a Parkrun at 24 minutes or 44 minutes, this eight week course is for you.
It is aimed at runners who can already run 5km and who now want to work on improving their speed, whether to help get a personal best at Parkrun, beat last years Brooks 10km, half marathon or even a marathon.
The sessions will work on pace, tempo and conditioning and will take place mainly at Hove seafront with a few at Hove Park.
Sessions last for 45 minutes and if you miss one, and you are entitled to one FREE session at www.hiitsquad.co.uk each week.
Girls 12-17 can come free with an accompanying paying adult.
Book your place and if you have a friend new to us, we will provide them with a code for a spot on the same course for free.
