During lockdown, our clients got fitter, stronger and slimmer. Why? Because we started online classes which meant that women could exercise more regularly.

So, we’ve adapted what we do and how we operate.

We now run a mixture of online and outdoor classes as outlined below.

Outdoor Schedule

Sea, Strength and Serotonin 


This class focuses on building strength and learning technique for lifting weights

6.30am-7.15am, or 7.15am-8.00am


Sea Strength and Serotonin 

Sweat & Glow

6.30am-7.15am, or 7.15am-8.00am

A workout that incorporates interval based training, designed for greater metabolic change.


Run Club


Our running session uses games to help improve speed through intervals. It’s suitable for all levels, work at your own pace.


Sea, Strength and Serotonin

 Boxing Belles, 6.30am-7.15am

Using a combination of kettlebells and boxing, this fun class is the perfect stress reliever.

Stretch & Strengthen, 7.15am-8.00am

Using a TRX, this is the perfect way of stretching while strengthening the body. A bit like Pilates, it works the body in full range of movement and creates better mobility through working with the myofascial system.


Monday 6.30pm-7.00pm Recovery Yoga for Midlife Women

Wednesday & Friday, Strength and Serotonin 30 minutes, 7.45am-8.15am
