Build strength, speed and stamina with this course that will work on building your strength and stamina to run at pace. It doesn’t matter how fast or slow you are, as this course is aimed at helping each individual to improve their own speed as a runner, and get used to the mental strategies required to work to a pace to help you achieve a half marathon or marathon. Each session focuses on short intervals, but we try to make it fun too so that it’s both challenging, rewarding and effective. All our clients have achieved personal bests doing this course.

This six week block will be specifically focused on those training for distances of half marathon and marathon.

Get your 2016 running off to a roaring start with our seven week pace improvers course.

Whether you want to get faster over your 5km ParkRun or have a 10km race in your sights, this course is for you. ALL speeds are welcome. You don’t have to be super fast to be on the course, simply to want to improve YOUR current speed.

All of the sessions will incorporate intervals and short tempo work rather than a ‘long’ run so you don’t need to worry about being left behind.

Getting faster is one of those things that you can ONLY do with the support of running in a group. Come and join us!
